The affairs of the Chapel are managed by the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees consists of at least eleven (11) members:   Eight (8) to be elected, plus the Senior Pastor, Secretary, Treasurer and the retiring Board of Trustees Chairman.  The election of Trustees is held during the month of December. The Trustees meet once a month, the Chairman presiding and the Pastor and the Committees bringing their reports and recommendations.  A majority of eligible voting Trustees are present at a Board of Trustees meeting to constitute a quorum. The action of the majority of the Trustees on any given issue is considered to be the action of the Board of Trustees.
